This large modern villa is set on the Reunion Resort, with views out over the golf course at the back of the property. A spacious open plan living/dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar opens to a partly covered terrace with a kitchen area with barbecue, dining table and sun loungers next to the private pool and spillover pool. On the ground floor, an en suite bedroom, pool table room and television room proved additional space for fun and relaxing, while the first floor is home to four en suite bedrooms.
Three double bedrooms feature either king or queen size beds and bathrooms en suite, while a fourth double bedroom has an en suite shower room and the fifth is a twin room also with en suite shower room. Disney World and Universal Studios are both easily reached by car, as are many of Orlando’s other most popular attractions.
Important information
In order to travel to the USA British passport holders must have a full 10-year British Passport that is valid for six months after you return to the UK.
You will also need a USA visa or waiver form/ESTA. Apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling (HTTPS://ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV/ESTA/).
Please note that a security deposit of USD 1,000 is required for this property.
