This modern villa has all accommodation on one floor, making it the ideal property for a family holiday. There is a bright and airy kitchen with breakfast bar which leads through to a comfortable open plan sitting/dining room with sliding glass doors which open to a spacious covered terrace with outdoor sitting and dining area. The master bedroom and its en suite shower room both have doors which lead out to a lovely private decking area with Jacuzzi and sun loungers. 

There are also two twin bedrooms sharing a well-equipped bathroom.Outside, the furnished terrace leads onto a decking area with more sun loungers and the stunning large private infinity pool. The pool is bordered by lawned gardens, and steps lead down from the pool area to a large flat lawned garden area perfect for children. The villa is within walking distance of the resort facilities, and is just a short drive from some of Gran Canaria’s loveliest beaches.
