About the villa

Set into the hillside overlooking the sandy beach of Lia, Vittoria is one of two sister villas. Known for his contemporary lines, the architect recalls the traditional design of the island with its stark white walls and curved edges, but adds a modern touch. The outdoor area is designed to take full advantage of the incredible view, best admired from the soothing emerald waters of the infinity pool. The large outdoor lounge and dining area is sheltered from the natural elements, yet offers panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. A stone arch opens to the heart of the house. The terrace lies just beyond, visible through large windows that offer a first glimpse of the sea.

Simple yet elegant, the living room features high wooden ceilings and designer furnishings, while the stylish dining area is served by a well-appointed kitchen with double French doors opening to the terrace. The bedrooms are bright and airy, with natural light flooding in through tall windows that blur the distinction between inside and out. Great attention has been given to every detail, with designer beds and carefully selected upholstery creating an ultimately relaxing feel. Two further bedrooms are at a separate lower level.
