The aptly named Villa Sunshine is a sunshine yellow house with contemporary interiors, perfect for a large group or family holiday in Florida. This modern house is very spacious and decorated in neutral shades with pops of colour throughout. The open plan kitchen and sitting area leads out to the fabulous free-form pool and Jacuzzi; also on the ground floor there is a dining room, a games room with a pool table, as well as a double bedroom and shower room.
The expansive first floor is home to a second sitting room, along with 5 further bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is a twin and the rest are doubles, while 3 of 5 rooms are en suite, the remaining doubles share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The villa is in a great location with golf nearby and only 20 minutes by car to the Disney World resort, while guests also have access to community facilities.
Important information
In order to travel to the USA British passport holders must have a full 10-year British Passport that is valid for six months after you return to the UK.
You will also need a USA visa or waiver form/ESTA. Apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling (HTTPS://ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV/ESTA/).
