About the villa

Roseto is a modern villa with swimming pool situated in a residential area of Mazara del Vallo, an ancient seaside town with fishing port on the west coast of Sicily, 50 kilometres south of Trapani. The property, within easy reach of the beautiful sandy beach of Tonnarella, is perfect for those seeking sun, sea and sand. This newly built villa features an original architecture and a fresh, well proportioned interior. Furnished with taste and functionality, it includes a large living/dining room with fireplace, a masonry kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room and bathroom.

All on ground level, this cosy house comes with air conditioning, satellite tv, washing machine and dishwasher. Outside the villa is surrounded by a large, equipped terrace and by a well kept garden with lovely private pool. The villa is also a great starting point for exploring the surrounding area: from the historical towns of Erice, Marsala and Sciacca to the temple of Segesta and Agrigento archaeological site, from the Zingaro nature reserve to Trapani and Paceco salt pans. This is a very popular property so early booking is recommended.

Important information

Electricity is included up to 200 Kwh per week. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per Kwh unit payable locally. Changeover day flexible outside July and August.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival from 16:00 - 21:00 Departure by 10:00. For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €30 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day Saturday from 30 June – 31 August. All other periods on request.
