Located just a walk away from Veranda which houses a restaurant and bar as well as the tennis courts and gym and short drive or transfer to two other restaurantsa and the gold course this villa is ideally positioned. On the ground floor there is a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable and stylish living/dining room. Both rooms feature glass doors which flood the space with light and open out to the covered terrace with barbecue and outdoor lounge and dining area.
The terrace extends into the garden, and at its centre is the impressive 10 metre private pool, while the lawned garden is hedged for privacy. The bedrooms are decorated in a sophisticated colour scheme of black and white, with two of the bedrooms found on the ground floor, a double bedroom and twin bedroom, both with bathrooms en suite. Upstairs, a spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom boasts a private terrace with distant sea views, while the final bedroom is a twin room with en suite bathroom.
