About the villa

Ideal for families or large group holidays, Villa Oliviana is a stunning house overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The house is split across three floors, where the ground floor is home to a well equipped kitchen and stylish sitting room, leading outside to a lovely large loggia with seating and dining areas; a laundry room and cloakroom complete the ground floor. The second floor holds an impressive two-storey living room and five bedrooms comprising a mix of twin rooms and doubles, three of which are en-suite. A third floor is of a mezzanine style and contains the master suite with Jacuzzi bath and a studio with a double sofa bed.

Outside, there are a number of shady terraces to relax upon and viewpoints to look out from in the picturesque gardens. A private pool is sunken into the pretty lawn, along with a pool house, further shady terraces, loungers and parasols. Away from the main house, on the other side of the pool there is a unique glass room with incredible views, proving to be the perfect spot to write a postcard home at the desk or curl up with your favourite book. Nearby amenities can be found within 2km in Marlia, while the historic town of Lucca is just 11km away.
