Just a walk from the golden sands of Praia do Ancão, this design-conscious house in Quinta das Salinas promises high-end Algarve luxury for the whole family. Working with as much natural light as possible, it’s white, bright and incredibly fresh in its design – and feels very beach-chic thanks to its neutral tones and generous outdoor spaces. There’s a good-sized lawned garden which offers you plenty of privacy – a wooden deck surrounds the private swimming pool, and there are sunbeds, two outdoor showers and several shaded terraces to explore. Two bespoke wooden pergolas bring the al fresco elements to the villa – there’s a barbecue and dining table for the hot summer heat, plus a huge outdoor lounge with sofas and an indulgent chaise lounge. The white-focused interior of the house is very crisp and stylish, with large windows that bathe every room in light, and views that look out to the garden and pool. A large living room, dining area and contemporary-built kitchen can be found on the ground floor, completed by three of the four bedrooms that each come with their own en suite shower room. There’s a double, a twin bed, and for the kids a suite with two bunk beds – while upstairs, a spacious master suite includes a king size bed and large dressing room, as well as a generous shower room and private access to your own pool view terrace. For golfers, your nearest course is just 2.8km from the house, or you can have a family day out in Rio Formosa Natural Park, which is just a 4km drive from the villa.
