About the villa

This beautiful stone villa has incredible views of the stunning surrounding countryside, from the mountains of the north down to the three bays of Cala Sant Vicenç, Pollensa and Alcudia. The property is just 2km from Pollensa with its shops, restaurants and activities, and only a short drive to several sandy beaches. Inside, the entrance hall opens into a spacious living/dining room, which then leads through to a modern, well-equipped galley kitchen. The living space features glass sliding doors and large picture windows, allowing light to flood into the space and providing fantastic vistas of the mountain scenery.

These doors open out to a shady veranda with dining and soft seating areas that boast panoramic views. Completing the ground floor is a twin bedroom with bunk beds, which has the use of an outside shower room. The first floor comprises the master bedroom with four poster bed and en suite shower room, two further double bedrooms and a twin room, all with shower rooms en suite. The property has lovely outside areas, with a large infinity pool set in a pretty patio, several seating areas, and a Balinese bed perfect for relaxing in the shade.

Important information

There is air conditioning in the upper bedrooms only, however due to the great number of windows and high position, the house has a constant sea breeze.

Given the large extension of the garden, with numerous and partially steep slopes, this spectacular property is not the ideal choice for families with small children or toddlers

The property has limited English television channels. We recommend you bring a device to stream or download content using the villa's WiFi.
