With accommodation over two floors, this villa has bright and spacious living areas. On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room, with sliding glass doors flooding the space with light and opening out to the terrace and pool area. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room and doors to the gardens and pool, while on the first floor you’ll find two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room and with access to a small balcony.
Outside, the terrace is furnished with an outdoor lounge and dining area, perfect for al fresco dinner or drinks. The terrace overlooks the private swimming pool and has lovely views of the surrounding hills. The resort centre is within walking distance, where you’ll find facilities such as the spa, communal pools, restaurants and sports facilities, while sandy Playa da Maspalomas is just a short drive away.
