Villa Cuvier

Villa Cuvier is a contemporary villa in an enviable position just 750m from a sandy beach, with nearby amenities in Cap d'Antibes, within 1km, approximately 10-15 minutes walk. The accommodation is laid out over two floors where the ground floor is home to the en suite master bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen and a bright living room with dining area. This opens on to the spacious and shady terraces furnished for al fresco dining, while a few steps down lead you to the lovely pool area set amidst the pretty lawned garden. A further few steps will lead you to an additional patio area where guests can enjoy table tennis.

Upstairs there is a further decked terrace accessible from the top of the staircase with panoramic views to the old town of Antibes  and giving access the sauna. At this level there are two further spacious twin bedrooms, each of a good size which both open out to a garden terrace at the rear. 

The sea, beach and a wide range of  restaurants and activities are within easy reach. Walk  500 meters to the sea to find the cove where Monet painted the view of Antibes and the mountains beyond. Just 50 metres further on, past the marina there is the long sandy beach at Salis with its cafes and restaurants, yacht club and water sports. The old town of Antibes is a few hundred metres further on with the Picasso Museum, the market and more. The Cap has an excellent delicatessen, a superb selection of restaurants  including Plage Joseph, Plage Keller and La Rocher on Garoupe beach. We also recommend the Cap D’Antibes peninsular walk for the coastal views. Close to Garoupe, Hotel Du Cap can be found with its superb restaurant, Ellen Roc. Alternatively, the Cap D’Antibes Beach Hotel or the Hotel Belles Rives are great options for Michelin dining experiences and cocktail bars with prices to match. All three are superb to watch the sun set over Cannes. Alternative experiences include the last rose nursery still open to the public plus Villa Ellen with its stunning gardens. The Botanical Gardens are also just  a short walk from the villa.
