About the villa

This contemporary villa is seamlessly designed for outdoor living, with the covered terrace with dining and lounge area a natural extension of the indoor living room. Glass sliding doors lead into a cosy and modern sitting room and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. Interiors are contemporary and neutral, and accommodation is all on one floor. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with shower room en suite, and a twin bedroom with and adjacent shower room.

Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors that open to the outdoor areas and the exclusive swimming pool. The villa is just a short walk from the resort centre where there is a selection of amenities including communal swimming pools, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. The stunning sandy beach at Maspalomas is just 9km away, and you’ll also find a great variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the resort town.

Please note that a basic welcome pack will be provided for this property which differs from the CV Welcome Pack. Full information will be provided in your joining instructions or is available on request.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
