Ideally located in the exclusive private domaine of Beauvallon- Bartole this modern villa offers the sought after combination of privacy and easy access. Within walking distance of a sandy beach and local restaurant and 3.5kms away from shops and a further restaurant. Yet with its barbecue, large terrace furnished for dining and relaxing and a boules pitch you may be tempted to not leave. Recently rennovated to a very high standard this modern airy villa offers five chic bedrooms all with ensuite shower rooms styled in neutral tones, two of which are on the ground floor, three on the floor above. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor also have sea views, with the master bedroom boasting a large private terrace and walk in wardrobe.
