About the villa

This well-designed villa really makes the most of its outside space, with the furnished shaded terrace with dining and lounge area a natural extension of the indoor living room. Glass sliding doors lead from the terrace into a comfortable and modern sitting room and well-equipped kitchen with breakfast area. The interiors are contemporary and neutral, with pops of colour, and accommodation is all on one floor. There are two bedrooms, a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and a twin bedroom with sole use of an adjacent shower room.

Both bedrooms have glass sliding doors that open to lawned gardens and the private swimming pool. The villa is just 0.5km from the resort centre when there is a selection of excellent facilities including communal swimming pools, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. The stunning sandy beach at Maspalomas is just 9km away, and you’ll also find an excellent range of bars, shops and restaurants in the town.
