Verde Mare is a beautiful modern villa situated halfway between Modica and Scicli, baroque towns of the Noto Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage. These well-equipped outdoor areas are complemented by its cosy and contemporary interiors, which includes a large living room with kitchen, sitting and dining area, four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and multi-sensory shower.

Verde Mare is the perfect property for a relaxing holiday and an ideal base for exploring the charms of south-east Sicily, from the lovely beaches and fishing villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi to the baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Noto and Syracuse.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. For arrivals between 21 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €50 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 30 July and 26 August (minimum stay 7 nights).
