About the villa

Set in a prime location, with private and direct access to a small beach, Stazzu Cannareddu is the perfect destination for an easy sea side holiday.The villa takes its name from the nearby Mount Cannaredu and is located in a prime location with direct access to a small beach below the property. Inside, the villa features four bedrooms in the main villa and one more in the annexe and is furnished with distinctive pieces of local craft including Cerasarda ceramics and works by local artists. The property boasts a covered dining area with panoramic views, ideal for al fresco meals, and a wonderful ‘bio-design’ beach-like pool with a wrap-around wooden sundeck and loungers for guests to relax. The villa is also just 200 m from the long, wide sandy beach of Marinella with umbrellas available for hire, sailing, windsurfing and restaurants on the beach. The most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda are within very easy reach. Porto Rotondo is just a very short drive away and Porto Cervo is 25km. A short drive from Olbia airport, our view is that this is a good option for an easy holiday.

Important information

Please note that there is a European tourist tax payable on arrival to the House Manager. This only applies to guests over 12 years and the amount varies from €1 .5 to €6 per person and is set by the local council. Further details will be advised prior to arrival.

Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this happens by your house staff or local representative.

Please note access to Spiaggia di Marinella is over rocks and boulders, not suitable for small children or those of limited mobility, alternative longer access by road with free parking.
