Exceptionally comfortable and effortlessly elegant, this beautiful villa in Tuscany oozes quality and attention to detail, from its inclusive cook service to the charming accommodation. A garden room adjoins the house, its terracotta tiled roof and sliding glass doors thoughtfully designed for all-seasons, indoor/outdoor dining. Within the villa, the sitting/dining room is open plan to form an ideal social space, and bedrooms are styled with attractive simplicity and complete with en suite facilities. Two separate annexes offer extra privacy for guests. Each with its own shower room and living room with kitchenette, La Porcinaia’s bedroom can be made-up as a double or twin, while La Capanna has a twin bedroom area on the open mezzanine level.And Sole di Sesta’s high standards extend to the gardens, where shrubs and flower-filled planters, cypress and olive trees add colour and shade, and immaculate lawns lead to a lovely swimming pool, fitted with an electric cover and flanked by steamer-style loungers. Just 1km from a restaurant and little food shop in Monti, the villa is 12km from Gaiole’s amenities and 20km from Siena.
Important information
Please note that there is a European tourist tax payable on arrival to the House Manager. This only applies to guests over 12 years and the amount varies from €1 .5 to €6 per person and is set by the local council. Further details will be advised prior to arrival.
Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this happens by your house staff or local representative.
