About the villa

With its east coast setting enjoying the first rays of the rising sun, and its spacious terraces fabulously furnished for outdoor living, this is a stylish and beguiling villa, its (rather apt) name translating as ‘sunny’. A fine example of contemporary Corfiot design, the stone-built house, with its timber ceilings, blends traditional materials with very individual décor. Rugs, rich fabrics and exotic tones and textures are redolent of India and Morocco. Bedrooms are romantically furnished but functional, each with air conditioning, a dressing area and en suite bath or shower room.The airy living room catches cooling sea breezes, and opens on to a broad veranda, with al fresco sitting and dining areas, and haunting views of heat hazed mountains across the blue of the sea. From here a stone stairway leads down to a fabulous free-form pool, framed by a mosaic of pebble paving. And perched above the main house is a charming cottage for additional guests. Very privately positioned, Prosilio basks above the bays of Coyevinas and Avlaki, just 2km from Kassiopi’s beach and harbour.

Important information

Please note the guest cottage will be closed for parties of 8 or less from 8th April – 7th July and from 2nd September – 27th October 2019.

The owner has two cats that live at the villa all year round.

Boat Hire

There is no better way to explore the coastline and discover deserted bays and coves with their translucent water to add to the overall enjoyment of your holiday. Small boats and speedboats can be pre-booked with our UK office prior to departure and we recommend early reservations, especially in July and August, as availability is limited.
