In an elevated position with a stunning panorama across Martinhal Bay, this villa is designed to truly make the most of the views. To this end, the accommodation is arranged with the living spaces on the upper level, with the lovely living/dining area opening out to a spacious balcony, comfortably furnished and the perfect place to admire the view over the pool across to the sparkling sea. The living area leads through to a well-equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

Here you’ll find three double bedrooms, two with en suite shower or bathrooms and access to the pool and gardens, and a twin bedroom. There is also a convenient shower room. Outside, the private swimming pool is set in a patio surrounded by pretty landscaped gardens. The villa’s excellent location within the Martinhal Beach resort means that the sandy beach, restaurants, bars and other amenities are just a short walk away.

Important information

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
