Set in pretty gardens with views out to the ocean, this splendid four bedroom villa is perfect for outdoor living. The living space is on the first floor, to make the most of the lovely vistas, with a top of the range high-gloss kitchen and spacious and comfortable living/dining room leading out to a large balcony with dining and soft seating areas. External stairs lead down from the balcony directly to the pool terrace. Downstairs there are two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom. An additional bathroom can be found on the first floor. All bedrooms lead out to the pool terrace, where a shady veranda is furnished with loungers and additional soft seating. The private swimming pool is set in a lovely patio, and adjacent to this is a covered area with barbecue, cooking area and dining table. All the facilities of the Martinhal Beach resort, as well as the sandy beach, are within easy reach, and the town of Sagres is just 2km away.

Important information

Flexible arrival day and duration possible. Minimum 2 night stay for all periods except 4 July- 4 September 2020 when 7 night stay is necessary.

Please note that pool heating will usually bring the water temperature up to approximately 10 degrees higher than the night time temperature. As such in early or late season if the nights time temperatures are low, guests may still find the pool feels cold despite heating.
