About the villa

Within strolling distance of shops and fine restaurants down in the atmospheric Old Town of Pollensa, just 6km from beaches at Cala San Vicente or Puerto Pollensa, and 4km from Pollensa Golf, this lovely house with fabulous views out to the Bay of Alcudia is very well positioned for all the essentials of an island holiday, yet it is cushioned in peace and privacy. The luxuriant and colourful fenced gardens are immaculately maintained with hibiscus, roses, geraniums and bougainvillea encouraging outdoor living. There are also beautiful lawns, a sun terrace with soft seating and shaded dining area.
Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated with three bedrooms, bathroom and new shower room on an upper level and a master bedroom with en suite on a mezzanine level, a well-equipped kitchen, accessing the stairway to the garden and the pretty and spacious sitting/dining room.

Providing perfect privacy for two, the villa’s lower bedroom is a separate guest suite opening on to the terrace. All bedrooms have Eyptian Cotton White Company bed linens and towels. Comfortably informal and well-proportioned, Las Peonias is also in an excellent location with atmospheric Pollensa within walking distance and a good selection of beaches with watersports within 6km. Mallorca is also renowned for cycling and top of the range bicycles can be hired locally delivered to the villa.
