About the villa

This whitewashed home in Orlando’s Reunion Resort is very sleek, chic and creatively modern. Its huge white exterior is instantly eye-catching, and the expansive interior – with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms – sleeps up to 14 guests in stylish luxury. There’s a large open-plan living area that takes over the downstairs; plenty of sofa seating makes the most of the huge TV centrepiece, and there’s a smart kitchen and indoor dining area for home-cooked meals. Spacious en-suite bedrooms include themed kids bunk rooms and generous king size beds. Each one is decorated in a different style to the last, with bespoke furniture pieces and gorgeous bathrooms that can include a large shower or indulgent free-standing tub. Some bedrooms also have access to the spacious downstairs terrace or balcony upstairs. Lake View is a villa with plenty of imagination, and includes a video arcade games room and cinema room for the youngsters – this ‘drive in’ home theatre comes complete with fun car seating and a huge projector screen. Grown-ups should head to the upstairs lounge bar, which has access to an impressive balcony overlooking the lake. Outside, you’ll find a large private pool with a spillover tub and in-pool loungers, and there’s also an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and an al fresco dining area for those warm summer nights. There are plenty of sun spots and poolside seating on the terrace, or the covered lanai includes a cosy fireplace and relaxing lounge seating with an outdoor TV.

Important information

In order to travel to the USA British passport holders must have a full 10-year British Passport that is valid for six months after you return to the UK.
You will also need a USA visa or waiver form/ESTA. Apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling (HTTPS://ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV/ESTA/).

If you and your travel companions want to use some of the facilities at Reunion Resort, including the water park, the tennis complex and the 3 championship golf courses, you will need to register for Reunion Resort membership. For each week you spend at the resort, you will be able to secure a pass that allows a single day's membership. There is a fee of £20 per membership day. This fee covers the registration costs for up to 8 guests. If you need more than 8 passes, an additional fee of £4 plus tax will be charged for each guest (children aged 3 and under go free and do not require their own pass). You are required to arrange your membership at least 5 working days before the first day of use. Once registered, you cannot change the validity date or have the membership reissued. You then need to pay additional admission fees locally. These are: * Water park: $18 per adult, $12 per child * Golf: $185 (Jan - May), $125 (Jun - Dec) per person, per round * Tennis: $20 per person, per day

Cancellation terms: within 57 days before departure, 100% of the rental is due.
