Set over three floors and an annexe, this contemporary villa is elegantly styled with a traditional touch, positioned in an exclusive area on the east coast of Sicily. With direct access to a sandy beach below the property, La Sirena has several private terraces, with sea views from the stunning swimming pool, a shaded lounge area near the shoreline, and an al fresco dining and living area on the upper floor. Inside, La Sirena is furnished with soft neutral tones, floating wood floors, bright and modern furnishings, while floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors provide plenty of light. At ground level, the entrance hall connects to a spacious lounge with living and dining area. Also on the ground floor are the well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
The level below has two impressive double bedrooms, en suite shower rooms, and a laundry room with shower. The upper floor of the property contains a double bedroom, a study with sofa bed, a bathroom, and a terrace with endless sea and mountain views. The annexe comprises a luxurious double bedroom with an adjacent twin, an open-plan living and dining room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The villa is a stroll away from Mazzaro and a short drive from shops and restaurants in Taormina.
Important information
Please note a young couple live discreetly in a self-contained quarters in the villa managing the property, looking after the garden and the pool.

An English speaking CV Representative in Italy will be available by telephone during your stay. Contact details will be sent with your travel documents.
TENANCY TIMES
Arrival between 16:00 - 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €50 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday preferred (minimum stay 7 nights).
