Long lawns, mature shrubs, terracotta planters overflowing with flowers, and sleepy terraces in dappled tree shade all contribute to a sense of seclusion at this romantic villa. So the outlook to Cetona, clinging to its hillside, comes as a delightful surprise. Its shops and restaurants are just 2.5km across the little valley, allowing guests to enjoy the amenities while the house remains undisturbed. With a pretty conservatory and spacious, inter-connecting ground floor rooms, La Frazzaia has a cool and airy feel, its walls and high beamed ceiling painted white, with eclectic artworks and pastel cushions providing splashes of colour. The large sitting room and breakfast kitchen each open out to the terrace, furnished for leisurely lunches under the trees, and there is a pergola beside the pool with picturesque rural views. WiFi brings the real world into a charming study on the first floor, where the master suite enjoys an en suite bathroom, stairs to the tower and its own south facing balcony. The villa is within 30km of golf and water sports.

Please note that there is a European tourist tax payable on arrival to the House Manager. This only applies to guests over 12 years and the amount varies from €1 .5 to €6 per person and is set by the local council. Further details will be advised prior to arrival.
Having a barbecue in Italy is one of the best ways to cook your food but you may find that due to long drought periods in high season barbecuing may be restricted in some areas. You will be informed if this happens by your house staff or local representative.
Please note that there are three or four resident cats at the property.
