About the villa

Perfectly positioned in Southern Sicily on an private estate, this private villa has been decorated by a noted French interior designer to offer a property with highly distinctive and remarkable interiors. The sitting room and two bedrooms are furnished with unique antique and more modern pieces, lighting, mirrors, distinctive wall papers and finishes, objet d’art and textiles, ideal for those who appreciate art, interiors and design. Behind the bookcase in the sitting room there is a compact and modern kitchenette.

Both double bedrooms have shower rooms en suite, one of which opens to the terrace and the other one is accessed externally. The centre point of the property is the wonderful shaded terrace with comfortable furnishings for al fresco meals and lounging. Adjacent to this is a private pool with a unique water pump fountain, along with sun loungers laid out on the lawned gardens.A unique holiday villa.

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 19:00. For arrivals between 19:00 - 24:00, a late arrival fee of €50 will be charged, payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00. Changeover day flexible but Saturday preferred (minimum stay 7 nights).

The concierge is non-resident but will visit as required and is on call. The concierge will gladly arrange the following services most of which should be booked in advance and all are at an additional cost: In-villa beauty and wellness treatments • In-villa dining and cooking classes • Breakfast • Grocery shopping
