About the villa

This beautiful family villa matches Mediterranean design with English country house comfort, creating a very welcoming atmosphere and the best of indoor / outdoor living. Within the house, a cool natural colour palette is enhanced with richly patterned oriental rugs in the effortlessly elegant living room, and a charming country kitchen/diner is furnished with pine and bright pottery, and opens on to a covered rustic dining terrace. Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, and the large and lovely master suite fills the first floor, enjoying exquisite views from its private balcony.Outside, great cascades of brilliant bougainvillea tumble down walls and terraces and, beside the twelve metre infinity pool, an open-sided ‘pool house’ has a mini kitchenette, changing area and shaded al fresco sitting room overlooking the sea. In a very private position, Kardaki House is within easy reach of shops in Perithia and sports and nightlife in Kassiopi. A rough path leads down from the villa, through the olive groves, to the gently shelved sandy beach.
