Il Campagnolo is a comfortable farmhouse with private swimming pool located in a very panoramic position on the hills between Lucca and Camaiore. Its location is ideal for visitors seeking a quiet base from which to explore the region. There are two comfortable outside dining areas ideal for al fresco dining, one furnished with a built-in BBQ.The owner, who lives semi-detached to the villa on rear of the property, is an excellent cook who will be happy to prepare lunches or/and dinners for guests during their stay (at extra cost). The villa is not overlooked by the owners’ property next door. The house has been furnished with many comforts such as wi-fi, flat screen TV, mosquito nets at all the windows, portable fans, etc. The swimming pool is completely fencedmaking it the ideal home for families with young children. Furthermore, the top floor of Il Campagnolo has a double bedroom next to a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom (with shower) perfect for parents traveling with their kids. The other two double bedroom are on the ground floor, both with their en-suite bathroom (with shower).
