About the villa

In a setting to match its superb standards, the gorgeous Gardenia stands directly beside the soft sands and sea, within easy reach of Holetown, Mullins Beach, and the Royal Westmorland Golf Resort. Nestled amid three acres of tropical gardens, the villa’s covered verandas peep out between tall palms, a short stairway leading down to an elegantly styled swimming pool, with a sundowner table at the poolside, overlooking the sea. Stepped pathways twist between trees and lawns to a private tennis court, lily ponds, and a bridge to a cantilevered deck above a natural gully.

And within the house, granite worktops grace a bright white kitchen; the huge living/dining room is framed by coral stone columns, floored with fabulous rugs and furnished with sofas piled with colourful cushions; and entertainment comes with a cool toned media room, and a games/fitness room with table tennis, TV and exercise equipment. There are two guest suites in the Gate House, three bedrooms on the villa’s ground floor, and a glorious master suite above, with its own sitting room and balcony overlooking the ocean. Chef and butler service complete the air of indulgence.

100% cancellation will be due for bookings cancelled 60% days or less prior to departure.

Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a nanny or nannies. Should you require it, we would be happy to arrange for nanny services, which may be more than one for a large group - upon request.

For occupancies up to 8, only four bedrooms will be available in the Main House. This does not apply for the Christmas and New Year period from 20th December - 10th January.

Security deposit of USD 10,000 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.
