Tucked away in the hills near pretty Pollença, this one level villa enjoys an enviably quiet setting in northern Mallorca. The Port de Pollença and Cala Sant Vicenç beaches are just a 10km drive from the villa, while the historical town of Pollença – lined with cute cafes, restaurants and shops - is just 4km away.

Surrounded by fantastic mountain views, you’ll never feel overlooked here – and there’s something very charming about the villa’s classic country style. Outside, gorgeous green shutters complement a large wooden-beamed patio – completed with rattan seating and a six-seater dinner table, this is the perfect spot for relaxing and admiring the palm-filled views of the Mediterranean garden. Below the patio is the lovely L-shaped swimming pool – furnished with ample loungers and a large grass area for children to play on, there’s also a table tennis table just off from the pool beneath a quaint vine-covered terrace.  A built-in barbecue makes the most of the island’s warm summer evenings – you can eat on the terrace, or if you fancy a change of scenery, there’s another smaller round table for al fresco dinners by the poolside.
The villa inside follows a similar rustic style, with traditional terracotta tiled floors and warm wooden beamed ceilings throughout. There’s a large open plan living and dining room which is instantly inviting with large sinkable sofas, a feature copper fireplace and a huge pair of beautiful stone-arched doorways. The kitchen is similar in traditional quirks – a yellow-tiled splash wall perfectly sets the room off, made all the better with gorgeous wooden cupboard doors and a standout cobblestone floor. Along the corridor, there’s a large master bedroom with a double bed and private en suite bathroom, while two additional twin bed rooms share access to the large family bathroom.
