About the villa

Within just a ten minute stroll of the lively town of Binissalem, this family villa in Mallorca is both stylish and informal, quite grown-up but with plenty of grounds for children to let off steam. Furnished throughout with effortless elegance, the traditional stone walls blend well with the fresh gently contemporary décor. The focal point of the villa is the elegant sitting room with cushions in vibrant colours; an adjacent well equipped kitchen and dining room. These open out to a wide panoramic covered terrace, forming al fresco living and dining areas with breathtaking views over Binissalem. The ground floor offers a magnificent master bedroom with adjacent large bathroom and a twin bedroom that is accessed either through the master bedroom or via the terrace. A further more compact twin bedroom is accessed externally via steps from the main terrace. On the first floor, two pretty double bedrooms enjoy the lovely views out over Binissalem, a terrace also has panoramic views, and another twin bedroom at the rear shares two shower rooms.

The Guest House offers further pretty bedrooms a TV room and another furnished terrace with built in barbecue, seating and table tennis. And just below the house, in very spacious lawns, the swimming pool also enjoys the magnificent views. This elegant, popular villa is within strolling distance of shopping, pavement cafés, restaurants and station in Binissalem for very easy access to or from Palma. The town is also noted as the wine centre of Mallorca with many vineyards and some of the best restaurants on the island are within easy reach. High end bicycles can also be delivered to enjoy the trails threading up through the hills of the Serra de Tramuntana to panoramic viewpoints. This villa is very popular – early booking recommended.
