About the villa

This stylish beachfront villa is extremely well located - just 2.5km from Miami Beach, and less than 4km from the fishing town of Oistins. Found on the southern tip of the island, the villa has a charming infinity pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean, while inside it's cool, calming and indulgently open plan. The recently upgraded kitchen has been fully modernised, and now includes a large breakfast bar and all the necessary mod cons, with French doors that lead out to the semi-open air lounge. The kitchen also offers direct access to the large oceanfront veranda, complete with oversized sun loungers and an 8-person dining table. Next door is the spacious king-size master bedroom, with an en suite shower room, luxurious in-room bathtub and direct access to the private pool patio. Head upstairs, via the curved staircase, and you'll find three more bedrooms; two doubles and one twin (two with a shared bathroom and one with an en suite). All are spacious and contemporary in style, with large windows that drink in the ocean-facing views. Another three bedrooms can be found in the villa's basement-level apartment - there's the option of a separate entrance, which means larger groups of friends or family can have more privacy if needed, plus a small kitchenette, living room and dining area that lead out to a small private patio.

Security deposit of USD 1,000 will be debited from a credit card on arrival to cover incidentals and any damage.

This villa DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics.

Please note for occupancies up to 10, 5 bedrooms will be available as follows: The Master bedroom, 2 bedrooms of choice on the first floor and 2 bedrooms of choice in the Lower Ground Floor apartment.
