The hub of the house is a beautifully designed open plan kitchen/dining/living room which is perfect for big groups of family or friends. Comfortably furnished and well-equipped, this area has several sets of glass doors opening to the terrace with loungers, soft seating and a seven metre private pool. Sleeping arrangements are spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with shower room en suite, and two further double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite are located on the first floor. Also on the first floor are a fourth double bedroom and two twin rooms sharing two shower rooms. 

Bedrooms are spacious and stylishly decorated, and a family area completes the first floor. The house is set on the Champions Gate community, and guests have access to facilities such as communal pools and lazy river, a children’s water playground, fitness amenities and a bar and restaurant. Davenport is just 5km away, and Orlando’s attractions, including Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando, are easily reached by car.
