About the villa

Perfectly positioned to take advantage of the uninterrupted views of the breathtaking countryside surrounding Sant Carles, Casita Sant Carles is only 450m to the village, with a selection of shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants and chemist and the renowned Anita’s Bar. Sant Carles also hosts the popular Las Dalias weekly market.

Set in beautiful mature gardens, the accommodation of this simple property is on the ground floor with some differing levels.There is a light and spacious open plan living room leading through to a compact open plan kitchen with dining table opening to the dining and pool terrace. At the rear of the property a few steps lead up to double bedroom with large shower room en suite.

Also at the rear of the property, a few steps up lead to a room with a single built in bed and adjacent compact shower room. Steps leading from this room lead up to a walk in wardrobe area and a simple but spacious twin bedroom opening to the gardens.

Whilst offering simpler accommodation, this unpretentious small villa is in a very pretty setting, within reach of the village, several lovely sandy beaches and walking and cycling trails.

Please note smoking is not permitted at this property. Please note that this villa has some low walls, steps, slopes, and differing levels inside and outside. Children must be supervised at all times. Groups of young people under 21 years are not accepted.
