Tucked away in a panoramic spot amongst olive trees in a quiet spot just above Fasano and offering sweeping easterly views of the coast, this is an ideal spot to relax or venture out to enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches, inexpensive restaurants and atmospheric historic towns of Puglia.

From a wide terrace, the entrance door leads into a hall, from which most of the rooms are accessed. To the right are two bedrooms, a King size double and a twin which can be made up as double while straight ahead is a compact TV room, furnished with a white sofa. An arch from the entrance hall leads to a study area, off which is a spacious shower room. Further on there is a large kitchen with dining area leading out to the pool area. The third bedroom, a double bedroom, is situated at one end of the property and has its own independent external access, shower room and TV and DVD player. From the extensive terrace at the front of the villa or from the kitchen area, it is a very short distance to the pool. From this long pool terrace there are extensive easterly views out over Fasano below and stretching out to the Adriatic. The pool is unusually long, perfect for swimming or just relaxing. In front of the entrance area, there is a shady furnished dining area. Behind the pool, stone steps lead up to panoramic cushioned built in seating. Other steps lead up behind the independent double bedroom to further terraced gardens planted with lemon, orange and kumquat trees, aromatic thyme bushes and some lawn. Placed between the olive, carob and eucalyptus trees, are some benches, hammocks and chairs, offering a variety of different spots for relaxation or to enjoy the magnificent sea views.

Fasano with a good selection of shops, inexpensive restaurants, and good supermarket is within a short drive of the villa and beach clubs with bars and restaurants are just a little further on on the coast at Savelletri or Capitolo. The station at Fasano is useful for any guests who wish to join from the airports or for a visit to Lecce. No stay here would be a complete without a visit to the excellent restaurant and/or spa at Masseria Torre Coccaro.
