Set in the heart of Southern Sicily’s countryside, surrounded by olive groves, Casa Moderna is the perfect rural retreat for a small family away from it all. The property boasts exceptional panoramic views from the exclusive infinity pool, the adjoining shaded dining area for al fresco meals, and the terrace above the lower ground floor, accessed externally. The modern interior furnishings and exterior design of Casa Moderna contrast seamlessly with the serenity of its rural scenery. With floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, crisp white décor and soft neutral tones, the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with direct access to outdoor areas completes the lower level.

The ground floor contains a double bedroom with king size bed and shower room en suite, a twin bedroom and a shower room. Both bedrooms have access to outdoor areas. This property is perfectly secluded but still easily accessible just 6km away from all amenities, shops and restaurants in the lovely city of Noto.

Important information

Please note very young children will need to be supervised at all times. Please note that the unsurfaced access road to the property is rough in parts, not suitable for low slung cars.
