About the villa

With an olive grove in the garden, an original bread oven now in use for pizzas, and a tall-arched loggia furnished with cushioned rattan, this is the archetypal Tuscan villa. In its courtyard, flowers climb the mellowed walls and spill from terracotta planters. On a broad sun terrace, loungers are placed to enjoy the views of thickly forested hills. Sheltered under pergola shade, a furnished terrace makes a lovely spot for al fresco lunch, and in a very private setting, screened by mature shrubbery, a twelve metre pool is sunk into a lawned surround.Outdoor living is very attractively catered for, and indoor comfort is equally inviting. On the ground floor, a spacious sitting room and dining kitchen each open out to the garden, while a second sitting room, on the first floor, accesses the sunny lawns via an external staircase. Four bedrooms share this upper level and, throughout the house, big, bold, modern artworks are juxtaposed with comfy sofas, traditional rugs and intriguing antique pieces. Just 5km from local shops, this warmly welcoming villa is 20km from a great golf course, and within 40km of Pisa, Lucca and the coast.

Important information

Please note there is a price all year round for 1-8 (main house only - annexe is closed off) and for 9-12 with the main house and guest house available.

Please note arrival at this villa is between 4 and 8 pm.
After 8 pm a fee of Euro 50 is payable and after 10 pm the fee is Euro 100.
Any late arrival after 8pm is on request and needs to be agreed in advance.
Please kindly note that after midnight – if an arrival is possible - the extra cost is Euro 100 per hour.
