About the villa

This cosy but classic villa can be found just 0.2km from the restaurants and shops in Alcudia’s town centre. The vine-covered stone exterior is instantly charming – and carries through to the gorgeous landscaped gardens and outdoor patio area. Complete with a built-in barbecue and outdoor sink, the patio includes a generous shaded dining table that looks across to views of the private swimming pool. Whether it’s day beds, loungers or a thatched umbrella, a variety of different sunbed options offer the ultimate in daytime relaxation.

Adjoined to the outdoor dining area, a conservatory lounge/dining room includes doors that indulgently open out for the summer heat – styled with the same patio floor, this open space connects the main house to the garden, and comes complete with another dinner table, TV and sofa. Through the lounge is the villa’s farmhouse-style kitchen. It’s spaciously open-plan and includes a small round breakfast table with all the mod cons expected of a contemporary kitchen – whether it’s the gas oven, double sinks, coffee machine or microwave. Bedrooms are on the first floor, and are a choice of a double or two twins (two come equipped with an en suite bathroom). Each one is decorated in a rustic country style, with beamed ceilings, tiled floors and exposed stone walls.
