On the ground floor, the entrance is into an open-plan sitting room with dining area, which opens out to a lovely loggia-style terrace, furnished for al fresco dining and lounging. One of the four bedrooms is on the ground floor with the remaining three bedrooms above. The master bedroom has a private terrace for admiring the dramatic views of the mountains. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and individually styled. This villa is most suited to those looking for some space yet to be conveniently close to amenities. The surrounding countryside is flat and therefore suitable for walkers or cyclists. The villa is within 10 - 15 wallk of two restaurants which are well regarded locally and is also just a 5 minute drive to the centre of Puerto Pollensa with wide selection of cafes, bars, shops, spa facilities, boat hire and activities. Sandy beaches are 2km away. Please note that it is essential to hire a car as the nearest shops and beaches are 2 kms away.
