The two double bedrooms are accessed via a few steps from the kitchen area. The walls are very thick and therefore the house is naturally cool but there are air-conditioning and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Offering extra privacy for two, the fifth bedroom and its beautiful large modern shower room occupy a separate guest annexe. The villa is 4km from further shops in San Josep and within 8km of west coast Cala Tarida and Cala Bassa beaches and other coves.
