About the villa

An enchanting farmhouse, built in traditional island style and set in suitably rural surroundings, Ca'n Palmera's oak beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors infuse the house with old world charm, though now they form a framework for very contemporary comfort. With a layout which would work very well for two families travelling together, and with air conditioning in all the bedrooms, the ground floor of the house has a double and a twin bedroom, and an open-plan sitting room/dining hall, opening on to a covered veranda.The en suite master bedroom is on the first floor, with a private terrace, and there are two bedrooms in the annexe, each with external access. In the big and beautiful gardens a series of shaded pergolas are swathed in greenery and furnished to create outdoor sitting and dining rooms, and the solar heated swimming pool is set in a sunny paved terrace. The house is 2km from the beach at S’Amarador, and 3km from historic Santanyi for restaurants, shops, atmospheric cafes, boutiques, and a twice weekly market. The house is also within very easy reach of the magnificent sandy beaches of the National Park of Cala Mondrago.

Lower Occupancy pricing is available for certain dates.

Up to 26 June and from 05 September, the Main House is only included for rentals of up to 6 people. The annexe will be included for parties of 7-10. From 27 June to 04 September, the annexe is included for all party sizes.
