About the villa

Tucked away between Es Canar and S’Argamassa, this traditional property has been lovingly renovated to offer a high standard of comfort, and is beautifully kept by its owners. Set on a secondary road out of Es Canar, the accommodation is all found on the ground floor, with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar opening to a lovely shaded dining terrace, and a spacious open plan living and dining room. The comfortable master bedroom has a well-appointed en suite shower room, while two twin bedrooms share a shower room.

The terrace leads on to a sunny patio with a private pool surrounded by a lawned garden, and a pool pergola providing a shaded seating area with lovely countryside views. The location is excellent, the Punta Arabi market and facilities of Es Canar can be accessed from a track across the countryside. Cala Martina, a wide sandy beach with non motorwised watersports is approximately 550 m or a ten minute walk from the property. The beaches of Cala Nova and Cala Pada and the wonderful beaches of Cala Boix, Cala Mastella are a little further on.

Important information

Please note that this property is off a secondary road out of Es Canar. Some passing traffic can be heard. Groups of young people under 21 years are not accepted. Please note that even though it is possible to walk to Es Canar, car hire is recommended.
