Ca’n Jazmin is in an ideal location on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa, quiet and private but less than 2km from the town’s sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. The property has recently been refurbished, and boasts newly decorated bedrooms and bathrooms, new flooring and furniture, and a brighter look throughout. All on one level, there is a spacious kitchen with breakfast area, living/dining room and utility room. There are four bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the living room, and these share a shower room and a bathroom.
Outside, there is a splendid pool with views of the surrounding hills while overlooking the pool is a covered dining area with built-in barbecue. Puerto Pollensa is a great choice for a family holiday, with a large stretch of pedestrianized seafront promenade and a sandy beach with sheltered, calm waters. There are a range of restaurants and cafes to enjoy, as well as activities on offer including hiking, biking and golf.
Important information
The main shower room is by the kitchen and one twin bedroom is accessed through the living room. The other full bathroom is shared with the remaining bedrooms. There is an additional WC room outside by the pool and barbecue area.
The short walk into Puerto Pollensa folows the main road, where there is a path and cycle lanes. Please note you may prefer to cross the main road to walk into town.
