About the villa

Set in beautifully kept gardens, this villa is comfortably furnished throughout, with all the modern conveniences required for an enjoyable holiday. The accommodation is all on one floor with a large, well-equipped kitchen with ample workspace and dining area leading through to the sitting room. The living areas feature glass sliding doors allowing in plenty of light and opening out to a shaded veranda with soft seating and a hammock, and on to the gardens. There are three double bedrooms, one with shower room adjacent and the other two sharing a shower room.

The property has charming extensive gardens with palm trees, citrus and pomegranate trees and cacti and many areas to relax in the sun or the shade. The private pool is set in a sunny patio furnished by sun loungers and a comfortable day bed, overlooked by a shaded outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen, perfect for dinners al fresco. There is also a shaded chill out area with an additional dining space next to the pretty fishpond. The property is within walking distance of a restaurant, and is just 5km from the shops and restaurants of San Rafael. This is a quiet and central location

Groups of young people under 21 years are not accepted. Please note that there is a water feature near the entrance of the property.
