About the villa

Set in glorious countryside, this modern villa is finished to an excellent standard and has contemporary luxury interiors which offer a high level of comfort.There is a bright, well-equipped kitchen with open plan sitting room with television and dining area, and sliding doors out to the terrace. A separate sitting room with floor to ceiling windows and terrace access provides ample living space. The master bedroom is found on the first floor, and features a walk in wardrobe and well-appointed en suite shower room. Outside, the shaded terraces offer an al fresco dining area, and a comfortable outdoor lounge.

The property is set in pretty lawned gardens, the focal point of which is the patio with generously sized private pool. A pathway with steps leads down from the gardens to a lower level of the property with a stream with bamboo and further trees. The village of Santa Gertrudis with a good selection of shops and restaurants is just a short drive away, while Santa Eulalia and Cala Nova both have sandy beaches, and are easily reachable by car.

Please note that the final approach to the property is via an unsurfaced road, not suitable for low slung cars.
