With a private pool, two lounge areas with flat screen televisions and a games room with a pool table and table football, as well as a PlayStation and Xbox, this property is an excellent choice for families. The ground floor opens into a spacious double height sitting room which leads through to a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. There are three bedrooms including the master double bedroom boasting an en suite bathroom with a separate shower and double sinks. Two further bedrooms, a double and a room with bunk beds, share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Outside, a generously sized private swimming pool and spillover pool are sunk into a large terrace furnished with soft seating and an al fresco dining area, perfect for dinners cooked on the barbecue. The villa is within easy driving distance of both Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando, as well as some of Orlando’s other most popular attractions. Guests at Camellia are able to access some of the facilities at Reunion Resort, including the water park, tennis complex and golf courses, for an additional cost.
Important information
You will also need a USA visa or waiver form/ESTA. Apply for your ESTA at least 72 hours before travelling (HTTPS://ESTA.CBP.DHS.GOV/ESTA/).
If you and your travel companions want to use some of the facilities at Reunion Resort, including the water park, the tennis complex and the 3 championship golf courses, you will need to register for Reunion Resort membership. For each week you spend at the resort, you will be able to secure a pass that allows a single day's membership. There is a fee of £20 per membership day. This fee covers the registration costs for up to 8 guests. If you need more than 8 passes, an additional fee of £4 plus tax will be charged for each guest (children aged 3 and under go free and do not require their own pass). You are required to arrange your membership at least 5 working days before the first day of use. Once registered, you cannot change the validity date or have the membership reissued. You then need to pay additional admission fees locally. These are: * Water park: $18 per adult, $12 per child * Golf: $185 (Jan - May), $125 (Jun - Dec) per person, per round * Tennis: $20 per person, per day
