Set within approximately 6 - 7 minutes walk of the main square in Pollensa and a wide selection of shops, boutiques and restaurants, this lovely house has been furnished in a careful blend of comfort and easy elegance. The entrance to the property leads into a magnificent open plan space with kitchen, sitting and dining areas all opening out to the upper terrace. The terrace with soft seating is a perfect place for sundowners on balmy summer evenings, with views over the roof tops of the old town. Calvario View is an short stroll from shops, cafes and eateries, and about 8km from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicenc.

Important information

Please note that the staircase between the ground and lower floor is unprotected on one side and therefore this property is unsuitable for small children.
