With its ten-metre pool in pretty gardens right at the water’s edge, Blue Point is a charming, cheerful house, furnished in cool colonial style. The villa’s wrap-around covered terrace is furnished for dining and relaxing, meeting tree shaded lawns and the poolside terrace with loungers, and leading into the sitting room and elegant dining room, imperceptibly blending indoor/outdoor living. Timbered ceilings, marble shower rooms, and lots of cushioned cane and rattan combine to create a typically tropical atmosphere, enhanced by the natural watercourse running through lush gardens, and extending to the four air-conditioned bedrooms, three at ground level and one, the master suite, occupying the upper floor, complete with bathroom, balcony and blissful views of the sea and soft sand shoreline. With a gate from the garden on to the beach for swimming and reef snorkelling, water sports available nearby, and golf and tennis at the Royal Westmorland Resort 3km away, Blue Point is 5km from bars and restaurants at seaside Holetown. It shares an eleven-acre estate with a larger sister-villa, Greensleeves, also featured by CV Villas.
Important information
The great advantage of a Caribbean villa holiday is that holidays can commence on any day and duration is also flexible. The minimum stay is 5 nights, so villas can be booked for 8, 9, 10, 11 nights etc. Special conditions apply for Christmas and New Year. Please enquire for a full tailor-made quotation.
50% Deposit required for any bookings travelling between (or including) the 20th December and the 10th January. 30% at any other times. Please note there is a minimum stay of 14 nights over the Christmas period. Christmas rates available on request only, special booking conditions apply.
