The comfortable sitting area completes the ground floor. A twin room and guest double occupy the first floor, both of which are spacious and comfortable, with en suite bathrooms, rain showers and lovely private balconies. The master suite is on the second floor, featuring a king size bed looking out to incredible views through floor to ceiling windows, as well as an en suite bathroom.The magnificent rooftop terrace is unsurprisingly where you can enjoy the most incredible sunrise and sunset views. 

While the property feels wonderfully secluded, there are beaches nearby: jungle beach which can be accessed by a 15 min walk; Unawatuna beach could also be walked to but is easier by Tuk Tuk in just 5 minutes. UNESCO World heritage site Galle Fort, with excellent shopping and restaurants, is a 20 minute drive from the property.. 

This villa has a sound proof adjoining door with Belleview South and both can be rented at the same time for groups of up to 12.
