About the villa

Surrounded by well-tended gardens, this exclusive villa offers wide, panoramic terraces with sea views, and access to a beautiful beach of fine white sand through a gate at the bottom of the garden. Recently built, the villa is characterised by its modern architecture and generous indoor and outdoor living areas. The shady ground floor terrace has a dining area and outdoor kitchen, as well as a comfortable lounge area. Inside, there is a bright living area with sitting room and kitchen, both opening out on to the terrace. Large floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors allow light to spill in and provide lovely views of the garden.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs are three further bedrooms with shower rooms en suite and terrace access. The villa is equipped with WiFi, satellite TV and air-conditioning in all rooms. If you get tired of the beach, then Sicily’s most beautiful south eastern towns, such as Siracusa and Noto, are just a few kilometres away, and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, as well as Mount Etna, are all within reach.

Important information

For parties of 2 people for travel up to 26 June and from 28 August, only one double bedroom and shower room will be available. The other bedrooms will be closed. Please note that this reduced pricing for up to 2 guests is non-combinable with any other special offer.

Please note car is required, roads are not suitable for walking.

Please note that this property is in a resort location in proximity to other properties and may be affected by some noise during the peak summer months.

Please note that 1 extra bed can be provided in either the double or 1 of the single bedrooms on the first floor.

Electricity is included up to 200 kWh per week. Extra electricity usage is 0.40 Euro per kWh unit payable locally. Changeover day flexible but Saturday departure day between 26 June - 28 August (minimum stay 7 nights).

TENANCY TIMES

Arrival between 16:00 - 21:00. Late arrivals between 21 - 24:00 are on request and are subject to a late arrival fee of Euro 30 payable in cash locally. Departure by 10:00.
