About the villa

Just a stone’s throw from pretty, quiet Kalami beach, this villa is in the ideal location for a large group of family or friends looking for a relaxing beach holiday. The property is a charming mix of rusticity and modern comfort, with exposed stone walls and country-style furnishings combined with contemporary neutral interiors. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen and a sunny living room opening out onto the terrace. There is also a small kitchenette with dining room and sitting area on the ground floor, and a second kitchen and two living rooms with dining space on the first floor, convenient for groups holidaying together but who require a little extra independence or flexibility.

There are six bedrooms spread over the two levels, several with French doors opening out to the terraces. Outside, there is a spacious covered dining terrace, perfect for al fresco dining with the lap of the waves as your background music. The terraces and first floor balcony look directly on to the beach providing an ideal spot to contemplate the stunning sea views with a glass of local wine. The shops and restaurants of Kalami are just a two minute walk from the property, and, if you need a change of pace, the nightlife of Kassiopi is less than 10km away.

Important information

The house can be accessed from either the first floor (via steps from the driveway) or ground floor level. The ground floor is split into two halves, each with access either independently or via two different sets of stairs from the first floor. The two sides of the ground floor do not connect internally.

The villa concierge lives in a small apartment in the villa grounds and will meet guests on arrival.
